Don’t worry, there will be more to come. This is what happens when you let life guide you through. But in case you were wondering, I’m alive and well. I’ve been out exploring and gathering up experiences to give this site some fodder.

It’s been over a year since I last posted, and let’s get real, the last time I posted was probably post-dated anyway. I’ve since been to Dublin once or twice more since. It was crazy. I wasn’t even supposed to go this year. In fact, I wasn’t even supposed to go to Europe this year. I was going to stay domestic (within the contiguous 48).

So here’s what fun post-dated entries you can look forward to (what has happened to me in 2019): Portland, Denver, Nashville, more of NYC…probably, Tokyo, Paris, London, Dublin and Hawaii. That should be it. There will be a 2019 edition of the MN State Fair because, you know, new state fair foods and new people to adventure with.

I promise you, I will try harder to keep you up to date on all the adventures…otherwise, why did we (me) start this blog, but to share all my eat, drink and exploring adventures.
