Ladies Brunch

Hello to all my ladies. Honestly, I’m not even sure any of them read my posts or know I have a blog. That’s okay. I never even knew I’d be a part of a group called “Ladies Brunch”. It didn’t start out that way…it really was just a way for a couple friends of mine (myself included) to do brunch once a month to ensure we could catch up because, let’s get real, life sometimes just gets in the way.
It started out so innocently and then turned into a bigger event. I’m not complaining because I love every single one of my ladies and not all of us can attend, but we’re all (I’d like to think so anyway) very comfortable with each other and so very supportive. I’m proud to call them my friends. (Pssst…and before it was called “Ladies Brunch”, it was just called brunch.)
As time and many brunches happened our small group of 3 grew to include more and more members. I’d like to say we’re up to 9.5…and some members are no longer a part of the group, but that’s okay too. A lot of the places we went will most likely end up in the Eats section of this blog because this is such a good excuse to try new restaurants! (We even have a Christmas card (#picsoritdidnthappen).
By the way, the other really cool thing I thoroughly enjoy about this group is we didn’t know each other before this year. Well, maybe I knew some of them before this year, but we’ve come from all different walks of life and from different places around the world. I’m every so grateful something so spectacular was able to bring us all together and I can only hope these ladies will forever be in my life in some capacity. (#thanksgiving or end of the year nostalgia)
