Fall Foliage

This was the year of capturing fall foliage for me. It seriously lasted so long or maybe just to me. A lot longer than I anticipated anyhow, but that also probably also had to do with the fact that I just happened to be in places where it was arriving late. And let’s get real, when the weather is in the mid-70’s in November, you embrace it. I know winter is just around the corner and if you’re like me, you’d like to hold it off for as long as possible. Even without the snow, I don’t much care for the bitter cold.
So below, I’ve included some of my favorite shots that have ranged from September through November. And by favorite shots, I really mean a shameless photo dump.
Interstate State Park – Taylor Falls, MN
Starved Rock State Park – Oglesby, IL
Ludington Beach State Park – Ludington, MI
Palos Park – Palos Park, IL
Central Park – New York City, NY

If all goes well, winter may turn up to have a bunch of pretty photos as well. Any one want to brave the cold and come out and explore with me?
