Baramee Eats Things – EP. 2

The pandemic has us getting take out versus actually going out to restaurants. We wanted to do more than just getting our regular delivery/take out. We had the opportunity to go a little fancier.

Our first restaurant fancy restaurant pick was Schwa (a Michelin star restaurant). They had food options that were Rachana friendly and at such a good price. Schwa, at the time, was offering po’ boys. Rachana got a shrimp po’ boy with homemade salt & pepper chips and I got a country fried steak po’ boy with homemade barbecue chips.

The pick up was great. The staff was super nice (we did a shot of Jameson). The pick up was seamless. The waiting space was nice and socially distance. The food was hot and fresh. The po’ boys were fantastic and not incredibly heavy, but still filling. And sadly, they don’t serve them anymore.
