It’s Episode 7. This means it’s Week 2 in Bangkok and my final week in Thailand (for now). I’ve been in Thailand since the beginning of February and had planned to stay longer, but that is just not what’s happening this time. The 3rd wave of COVID is not going away. At this rate, it will continue to get worse before it gets better.

I’m having mixed feelings about leaving, but it’s probably for the best. I’ll get to see my grandpa who wasn’t doing so well. I’ll be able to get vaccinated. I’ll be able to spend the summer in place that’s not as hot and sweltering. I’ll be able to have proper goodbye parties with my friends. I’ll get to see my friends and spend the summer being “free”. And hey, bonus points for making mom happy.

Week 2 in BKK was tons of fun and though I’m not there anymore I wish I was, but also glad to be home for a bit. Oh life…you always surprise me, but I enjoy all the moments. Watch out for videos of my adventures in the states. Don’t miss out and don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel.
