Birthday month has officially ended for 2021. I’m supremely grateful for all the wonderful people in my life and those I’ve been able to spend and celebrate birthday month with. I’ve been able to start the celebrations in one country (my soon-to-be-new home, hopefully) and end it in another (current home). I got to celebrate with a lot of my friends, but not all my friends…sometimes, there is just not enough time and too much distance.

Things were so crazy at the beginning of the month that I almost forgot about birthday month (how could I forget about birthday month?!). I remembered when my friend (Praew) surprised me with a candled dessert. I was completely surprised and not expecting it in the least. Let’s just say that the surprises kept coming all month long.

Now that you’ve seen a wrap up of birthday month, are you really surprised that there are more pictures of food than people? It’s pretty par for the course. Part of it is because I’m having so much fun hanging out with the people that I often forget to grab a photo. I’m in the moment most of them time (except when the food or drink first come out…or, if by some miracle, I remember).

This year my birthday celebration were not like any other year, but at the same time, was not all that different. All I ever really want for my birthday is to spend it with my friends and to indulge in some really good food. And this year, even like last year, I got to do just that. Thanks to everyone that sent their well wishes, those far and near. Truly, my life would not be the same without you!
