It’s Week 6. It’s July. And…I’m back in Minnesota. And no, it was not a planned visit, but it’s was nice anyway because I found out it was Restaurant Week. It’s a short week and also a short list of restaurants. But me being me, I still made the most. Three nights and three dinners. I wrote a post about it, so if you want more details, be sure to check it out. The week ended with a fun MCU excursion…it was time to geek out a bit.
