Can you believe it??? Week 2 is here. It’s been a long time waiting (I feel, a bit). What I called “the summer of freedom” was a place. It almost, at times, felt like I was doing a farewell tour. I was trying to make the most of the summer without much restriction. I tried to see those I could see and spend some quality time. And me being me, I also managed to make a few new friends along the way.

Week 2 was not what I imagined it would be. There was entirely too much going on, but so much time spent with the best people. And, I survived it and came out the other end to a state-mandated staycation in a hotel room in Thailand. I’m not mad. I can recover; I can adjust and I can just be (and edit videos because I fell behind – sometimes life gets in the way, in the best way possible).

I hope you enjoyed my time stateside as much as I did. I would love to show you my life if we ever cross paths..there are boring bits, but also, apparently, I can be quite busy.
