It’s my first travel week since arriving in “the Land of Smiles”. Not a fan of that so let’s just go with “since arriving in Thailand. And technically, since I’m currently writing this, I could edit it out, but it’s already written.

I’m traveling up to Chiang Mai. My TR visa has been extended for another 30 days, so there’s a slight sense of relief. I can deal with the other visa issue once I’m back in Bangkok. Let’s enjoy some quality time with friends up north. I can’t wait to see them. I feel like CNX is the equivalent of Chicago and Minneapolis for me. The flight time is about the same…so it might as well be.

I don’t have any real plans while up I’m there, but to see my friends. I’ve gotten suggestions thrown my way so I’ll probably cross some of those things off my list. And as it is CNX, I will be visiting a few coffee shops I’m sure.
