Upcoming Travels

OMG, there’s so much going on in my life. Well, there always is…but this is what I would call BIG things. I have a lot of traveling coming up…including a trip back to the states for about a month. I can’t wait to see all my humans who are stateside.
So, what do I have coming up…where am I going…what am I doing. What is my life? So, let’s go in chronological order. What’s coming up first.
FIRST DESTINATION: The Maldives (FEB)
I’m headed to the Maldives. It’d a dream destination for me. However, I will be not staying at a resort, but I will be staying aboard a boat. I’m going on the trip with my usual dive company: DumDee and my dive buddy: Gift. We are doing the Deep South trip in the Maldives and are staying aboard the Maldive Mosaique.

SECOND DESTINATION: Chiang Mai, Thailand (MAR)
I didn’t really have plans to go to Chiang Mai any time soon. Although I know it’s been quite a while since I was last there. I was last in Chiang Mai in October with Jessie. I had gone just a week or so before Halloween. It was a fun time with a lot of quality time with my friends. This time, I’m going with my friend, My, who has been to Thailand numerous times, but has never actually been to Chiang Mai. So we will be going together (but I’ll go up first).

THIRD DESTINATION: Chicago, IL (USA) (MAR & APR)
I had no intentions to go back to the US yet, not even for a visit. But, I was invited by some Thai friends who also wanted to road trip the national parks. Well, I’ve never done that before, so it sounded kind of cool. In the end, they are not going (they’re expecting a bundle of joy) and I’m still going with another friend of ours. It should be a great time. I’ll get to spend time with my family and my friends who I have now…not seen in almost 2 years. My schedule, I’m sure, will fill up as it usually does. Let’s just try not to go broke.

FOURTH DESTINATION: South Andaman, Thailand (APR)
This trip has been in the works for almost a year. Since Gift and I learned to dive, we’ve been told this is one of the best locations and should not be missed. Ed is coming back to Thailand so he is also joining us on this trip. My new friends (and current students), Vova and Diana, are also joining us on this trip. It’s going to be so fun! We’re also taking the fancy boat (that is soooo expensive, but so worth it).

So, as you can see, I have a lot going on in the next few months. Stay tuned for my adventures and as I struggle very hard to keep cranking out and uploading my YouTube videos (which are about 6 months behind at this point, but I will get them all out). They’re getting a bit easier each time, but there’s just no time!
SYNT (see you next time),
