Sooooo, my friend (after we went to the WI State Fair) decided to embark on a journey. He asked if I would join him on this journey. He was gonna start a new mission. He was going to attempt (and probably will regardless) to go to all the (official) state fairs in the USA. By the way, after some quick research, I learned that not ALL the states have state fairs and some of them even have 2! He asked if I would join, and I said, if the airfare wasn’t too bad, sure…why not?

So not including the ones we’ve already been too (we’re going to have to revisit them because they weren’t documented), he decided to start out east. Also, because it was already halfway through fair season and we had limited options. In total, it should take him 2-3 years…technically speaking.

So for this year, we hit up The Big E (MA, NH, ME, VT, RI, and CT), North Carolina and South Carolina. Florida is a bit of a weirdo and there is in February (in Tampa). Stay tuned…and let’s see if I can post about our fair adventures in a timely manner.

(At this point, I’ve been to all 3 (and WI) this year and you haven’t heard a peep…so there’s that.
