I had thought we were done with state fairs for the year after South Carolina. I was wrong. We ended up going to the Louisiana State Fair in mid-November. It is held every year in Shreveport, LA. The first of the State Fairs after deciding to embark on the State Fair bucket list was The Big E in Springfield, MA. The Big E was formally known as The Eastern States Exposition.
